After Service+Thought I was in a world of trouble when the thicknesser bed on my new machine failed… Much to my relief, as it weighs a tonne, Beyond (Charles) drove out to my place and sorted it under warranty. Not just a fix but a neat job with thorough testing and calibration. On time, knowledgeable, professional, and made me one very happy customer!! Thanks team!

First online purchase from them didn't go well. Sent me a Makita battery that appeared to have been used (hard to tell, they didn't provide a box or any padding for it so it was bouncing around amongst other items in transit) plus the battery wasn't even the model I ordered. Emailed them to see what they can do for a resolution and was told they wouldn't ship me the correct item until they received notice that I'd shipped them the wrong one back.So basically not getting the item I paid for until I go out of my way, visit a post office, fix their mistake and then wait for them to ship the correct item. Shipped the item back to them on a Friday and notified them, they waited until Tuesday to post the correct item.Again, no box or any packaging with the battery. Just tossed in an Australia post bag with no protection for the journey other than the bag itself. Which is not only bad for the battery but also against Australia Post shipping terms. Honestly I'd return the thing again considering how it was shipped but I've already lost so much time dealing with these clowns. Avoid.

Went to buy some edge band trimmers (star M), was served by a trainee 21/6/22. Just wanted to say I really appreciated his help. He is a credit to your store. Great customer service and attention to detail. Good pickup hiring this gentleman... I will be shopping here again, based on customer service and support..

I have shopped at beyond for many years servicing my business in outdoor services, I have sold that now and able to set up my own shed for my hobby projects and there is always plenty of choice. Sometimes I need the very best of machines and tools and sometimes I only need a cheaper version that wont get used as much, either way I know I can get what I need there.Thanks

Can't say enough good things about the service here. They not only were able to source and order in the part for my stick vacuum, but they went to the trouble of getting me a special price on it as well.Communication when the part arrived was flawless as well.Picked up the part today and my vacuum cleaner is back up and running.Thanks to all the crew at Beyond Tools for the fantastic service and help. It's greatly appreciated!

BT had an online sale on with prices that were really competitive. Never shopped here before, opted for the free delivery expecting it to take a week or so and the very next night a very cheerful chap turns up with it! Got what I wanted for a decent price and hand delivered so if that's the kind of service I'll get from BT I'll happily come back.Many thanks.
