Wow so much cheaper than bunnings! Trade prices for all! Got 4 lengths of 170x30 @5.4m for 90 bucks! Would have been 200 at bunnings!

I have been to every Carbatec in Australia, except Sydney. This, in my opinion, is the best set out store by far. Every section was visible from the front door. There was room to move around and everything was accessible. I told a staff member that they had way more products than the other store. This wasn't correct, I could just see them better.The staff were super helpful. A shout out to Erin in particular. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made the buying decision even easier.My only criticism is they need a poster on the way out with a list of reasons I can use when I get home as to why I bought so much.

After Service+Thought I was in a world of trouble when the thicknesser bed on my new machine failed… Much to my relief, as it weighs a tonne, Beyond (Charles) drove out to my place and sorted it under warranty. Not just a fix but a neat job with thorough testing and calibration. On time, knowledgeable, professional, and made me one very happy customer!! Thanks team!

First online purchase from them didn't go well. Sent me a Makita battery that appeared to have been used (hard to tell, they didn't provide a box or any padding for it so it was bouncing around amongst other items in transit) plus the battery wasn't even the model I ordered. Emailed them to see what they can do for a resolution and was told they wouldn't ship me the correct item until they received notice that I'd shipped them the wrong one back.So basically not getting the item I paid for until I go out of my way, visit a post office, fix their mistake and then wait for them to ship the correct item. Shipped the item back to them on a Friday and notified them, they waited until Tuesday to post the correct item.Again, no box or any packaging with the battery. Just tossed in an Australia post bag with no protection for the journey other than the bag itself. Which is not only bad for the battery but also against Australia Post shipping terms. Honestly I'd return the thing again considering how it was shipped but I've already lost so much time dealing with these clowns. Avoid.

Quick responses, timber prepared to request including cutting to Size. Easy pick up. Highly recommend.
